GO Car Wash provides vehicle cleaning and related services through scheduled bookings.
Service availability, pricing, operating hours, and offered services may change without prior notice.
Users may book services through the GO Car Wash mobile application or other approved booking channels.
By making a booking, you agree that:
the information provided is accurate
the selected booking slot is reserved for your vehicle
you will arrive on time for your booking
Repeated missed appointments or abuse of the booking system may result in account restrictions.
Bookings may be cancelled through the app up to the allowed cancellation period displayed within the application.
Late cancellations or no-shows may impact future booking access.
Customers are responsible for:
removing valuables from the vehicle
ensuring the vehicle is in a safe condition for cleaning
notifying staff of any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas
GO Car Wash is not responsible for:
pre-existing damage
loose trim or accessories
electronic faults
aftermarket modifications
items left inside the vehicle
While we take reasonable care during all services, some stains, marks, odors, or vehicle conditions may not be fully removable.
Service duration estimates are approximate and may vary depending on vehicle condition and operational demand.
Prices are displayed within the app or at the location.
GO Car Wash reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree not to:
misuse the application
attempt unauthorized access
interfere with system functionality
create fraudulent bookings
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO Car Wash shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of profits or data
delays caused by operational issues, weather, or technical problems
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service booked.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
